About the Memorial Foundation
Memorial Foundation was established in April of 1994 with an endowment fund generated from the sale of the assets of Nashville Memorial Hospital in Madison, Tennessee. At that time, members of the hospital’s Board of Directors became members of the Board of Trust of the Memorial Foundation.
Operation Stand Down Tennessee
connects military veterans across 20 Middle Tennessee counties with careers, community, and crisis services. The organization provides housing assistance, career coaching, benefits counseling, and support to more than 4,500 veterans every year.
Siloam Health
offers comprehensive medical care and community health programs to Middle Tennessee’s uninsured, underserved, and culturally marginalized immigrant and refugee communities. Siloam treats more than 6,700 patients representing more than one hundred nations annually.
Sexual Assault Center
offers specialized services to survivors of sexual assault, regardless of ability to pay. Sexual Assault Center supports approximately 1,000 clients annually with clinical services as well as individual and legislative advocacy, outreach, education, training, and more.
Interfaith Dental Clinic
provides comprehensive and emergency dental services for low-income and uninsured individuals. Each year, Interfaith helps nearly 3,500 patients achieve and sustain a healthy, pain-free smile.
